Consumer Request Form

Effective: April 9, 2026

Under privacy regulations including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request information about, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale of your personal data. Use this form to submit a verified consumer request.

Your Rights

Right to KnowThe categories of personal information we collect about you, the sources of that data, and how it's used.
Right to AccessA copy of the specific personal information we have collected about you in a portable format (CSV or JSON).
Right to DeleteRequest that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (active subscriptions, legal obligations).
Right to CorrectRequest correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to Opt-OutWe do not sell personal information. This right still applies and is honored by default.
Right to Non-DiscriminationWe will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Submit a Request

What Happens Next

1. Verification (2–3 business days): We may contact you to verify your identity. This typically involves confirming your email address and may require additional information to ensure we're not giving data to someone impersonating you.

2. Processing (up to 45 days): Once verified, we will fulfill your request within 45 days. For complex requests, we may extend this by an additional 45 days with written notice.

3. Delivery: Data access requests will be delivered via secure email. Deletion requests will be confirmed in writing once complete.

Authorized Agent Submissions

You may authorize a third party to submit a request on your behalf. If you do so, we will require:

• Written permission signed by you authorizing the agent
• Verification of the agent's identity
• Direct confirmation from you that you authorized the agent to act

Fees

Consumer requests are processed free of charge. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, as permitted by applicable law.
