By accessing or using ScanInsight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScanInsight provides a web-based stock market analysis platform including market breadth dashboards, stock scanners, trade journaling, earnings intelligence, and related tools. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Plan: Limited access at no charge.
Pro Plan ($40/month): Full access with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your card will be charged monthly unless you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@scaninsight.io.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Not Financial Advice

ScanInsight is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. All information is provided "as is" for educational and informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading stocks involves risk of loss.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, ScanInsight does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data, scans, ratings, or analytics. Data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays. Always verify information before making trading decisions.

7. Broker Integrations

ScanInsight offers optional integrations with third-party brokerage platforms. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of broker integrations is subject to the respective broker's terms of service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute ScanInsight data
Share your account with others or resell access
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to compromise the security of the Service
Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

9. Intellectual Property

All content, data presentations, algorithms, and designs on ScanInsight are the property of ScanInsight and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@scaninsight.io.

11. Limitation of Liability

ScanInsight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
