1. Our Commitment to Transparency

ScanInsight ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to complying with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding testimonials, endorsements, and advertising. This page discloses our relationships, affiliations, and marketing practices in accordance with 16 CFR Part 255 ("Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising").

2. No Affiliate Relationships

As of the date of this disclosure, ScanInsight does not participate in affiliate marketing programs with any third-party service, broker, or financial product. We do not receive commissions for directing users to specific brokers, exchanges, or financial services.

We integrate with third-party brokers (Interactive Brokers, Charles Schwab, Tradier, TradeStation, Alpaca, and others) solely to enable trade import into the ScanInsight journal. We do not receive compensation from any broker for these integrations.

If this changes in the future, we will update this page and clearly disclose any material relationships at the point of mention.

3. Testimonials and Reviews

If ScanInsight publishes testimonials or user reviews:

4. No Guarantee of Results

Trading stocks involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. See our Risk Disclaimer for full details.

5. Earnings Claims

We do not make income or earnings claims. If any marketing material on our platform or external channels (social media, newsletters, advertisements) references specific profits or earnings, those figures are hypothetical examples only, not guarantees, and not representative of typical user results.

All educational content, methodology explanations, market commentary, and analytical content on ScanInsight (including content automatically generated by our platform or via AI) is provided for informational and educational purposes only. ScanInsight is not a registered investment advisor. We do not provide personalized financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

7. Sponsored Content

ScanInsight does not currently publish sponsored content, paid placements, or "advertorial" content. If this changes in the future, all sponsored content will be clearly labeled as such in accordance with FTC guidelines.

All content on ScanInsight is either (a) our own original editorial content, (b) user-generated content (such as your own trade journal entries), or (c) automated data from third-party sources clearly attributed to their origin.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

ScanInsight uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate certain content, including:
